The Mattering Resume is a living, portable record of development. It is designed to capture learning, character, contribution, perseverance, skills, credentials, and feedback across the many places where growth happens. A transcript shows academic achievement. A traditional resume shows work and activities. The Mattering Resume is designed to connect those experiences with evidence of growth over time.
